Returns Process
Returns Pick Up
We are pleased to offer returns collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns & Refund Policy.
Your returned item must arrive at Piaff Boutique no later than 10 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up within 3 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at our location within 10 days.
If your order was offered free shipping, you will be responsible to cover the return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund automatically.
To book a return pick-up:
- Send an Email to info@piaffboutique.com to confirm your pick up address and convenient collection time.
- We will send you a collection confirmation email with all the details you’ll need to complete the return.
Please note: We can only offer returns pick ups from the same country your order was delivered to.
What happens next?
Prepare your package with the documents enclosed in your order

Place the item(s) with all the original packaging inside the Piaff Boutique box and leave it open for the courier to check the contents.

Attach the Return Label (shipping waybill) and a signed Return Note to the outside of your Piaff Boutique box and hand the courier the spare copies of both documents.
